Position Summary The SMT Manufacturing Engineer keeps the Surface Mount Technology processes running smoothly, stable, efficient, and high-quality with hands-on experience, skills, and teamwork Key Responsibilities Maintain SMT equipment and process efficient Drive yield improvement and process stability Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective & preventive actions Support line setup, process parameter development, validation, and qualification Support line balancing and throughput optimization to improve efficiency Work closely with Quality and Testing teams to resolve manufacturing issues Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field degree 3+ years of experience or equivalent training in SMT manufacturing environment Hands-on experience supporting SMT production Understanding & experience of SMT processes and equipment maintenance and repair Screen printers Pick-and-place machine Automatic Optical Inspection systems Reflow oven Experience with:
